SCOPE
Paragraph 2
(1) The Participants will in accordance with the provisions sot out in this Cooperative Arrangement afford each other
mutual assistance :

contravention of customs laws.
(2) Assistance within the framework of this Cooperative Arrangement will be rendered by the Participants subject To the laws and legal provisiona of their respective territories, and Within their respective competence and
available resources.
(3) Whls Cooperative Arrangement does mot provide for the recovery in the reques leu Puri unigor-in tnerisang ed ducias,
taxes Or Any other charges incurran in the
tory of the requesting Participant.
COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION
Paragraph 3
(1) The Participants will supply to each other, either on request or on their own initiative, all available information
which may help to ensure proper enforcement of customs laws.
(2) In the case of a request, if the requested Participant does not havu thn Information asked Iv▲, ii wiii ai dis Own
discretion make enquiries to obtain that information subject to the provisions of its customs laws.
