Annex C
The procedure in adopting the "Interpretation Approach"
Hong Kong will first write to the CCC Secretariat
interest to accede to the Convention under
indicating
CCC and suggesting the Interpretation Approach as the
conduit of accession.
(2)
The
Secretariat will submit a paper to the Policy
Commission, which will consider the matter and prepare
a report with a recommendation to the full Council of
CCC.
(3)
The report
prepared by the Policy Commission will then
go to the full Council for adoption.
