Conference Day Arrangements
By 1 October, please can you confirm the following points:
1.
The time the Prime Minister expects to arrive at the conference venue and his anticipated departure time.
2.
Whether the Prime Minister will be able to stay for lunch
3.
Whether the Prime Minister intends bringing any guests. We will have a few reserve seats available for speakers' personal guests but will need full details well in advance for security and seating arrangements
