3. On the CGNME agenda, you are providing instructions on Chinese participation in the Hong Kong Trade Workshop (my letter reporting the last CGNME). I should also be grateful if you would show to interested departments the paper on the development of the DNME dialogue and let me know if they have views on the suggested topics. Otherwise I think we need no instructions from you at the moment (we can accept the recommendations in papers 62 and 64; paper 59 is not yet out I may need to revert to you on this).
4. The Heads of Delegation meeting will hear a report from Matsuura on the Tokyo Summit. Is there anything you would wish us to say?
