b) High-Level Informal Meeting with the
Dynamic Non-Member Economies
Delegates are invited to agree on the time and venue for this meeting, and to discuss its broad policy content as well as the future substantive directions which OBCD's dialogue with the DMMEs should take (for reference: C/NM (93)94]. Japan has confirmed its interest in hosting in Tokyo both the ECSS Meeting and the High-Level Informal Meeting.

The Secretariat will make a brief progress report on the "Study of economic and other linkages with major developing countries (other than the Dynamic Non-Member Economies)".

It is proposed that the next Special Session take place on Tuesday 24 May (beginning at 3 p.m.) and Wednesday 25 May 1994.
