Speaker Foley said he was sorry not to be able to see the
Governor a few months earlier in Hong Kong. He hoped to visit Hong
Kong again probably next year. The Governor said he would very
much welcome a visit by Speaker Foley to Hong Kong. In the
meantime he would do his best to put in a clean set of elections
for 1994/95.
