Woo said that because of the Governor's short time here he would probably prefer to stay in the hotel with his (large) entourage rather than with the Ambassador, and he apologised that time considerations also meant there would probably not be an opportunity for the Ambassador to entertain the Governor.
5. Woo will be in touch by which time I shall have looked out the papers on Lord Wilson's visit here two years ago.
