Hong Kong: Korea
During the Secretary of State's dinner for the Korean Foreign Minister on 15 June, the Secretary of State briefed Minister Han on progress over Hong Kong. He and HMA Seoul both suggested to the Minister that a visit to Korea by the Governor of Hong Kong would be a good idea, given the large amount of Korean investment in Hong Kong.
I should be grateful if you would consider with FED and the Governor how to take this forward. It may be that the Governor already has a visit to Korea in his forward travel plans.
