Governor and Mrs Patten arrive at 0855. Maureen Wong (AC/PA) will escort Mrs Patten to the reserved seat in the auditorium. Governor met by CS (des), STI, C(L), Ian Howard (AC/CA), President and Direct- General of Institute of Directors and representatives of conference sponsors at hotel ballroom entrance. List of sponsors at Annex Governor greets PM and introduces the party in (a) above to PM ard hotel ballroom entrance.
PM and Governor escorted to the stage where Lord Young will introduce PM.
Keynote address by PM.
(Governor will be seated with Lord Young en
stage during PM's speech).
PII and Governor leave the stage. Joined by Mrs Patten & C(L) at hotel entrance. Bid farewell to the PM.
Governor and Mrs Patten go to hotel VIP suite before departing for FCO.
Driver to pick up Governor and Mrs Patten at 1305 at the Hong Kong Works Conference Venue. After dropping off Governor at. King Charles Street entrance, the car should take Mrs Patten back to Morpeth Terrace.
