VISIT TO LONDON BY GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG: 5-7 APRIL
1. The Minister has seen Mr Moore's submission of 11 February. He is content with the draft letter to No 10.
2.
It is possible that Mr Goodlad will return from his visit to Malaysia/Singapore on 8 April. He would therefore like to pencil in a call by the Governor on that day (I should be grateful if HKD could liaise with the Diary Secretary on this). He will in any event try to make contact with the Pattens over Easter.
