Your fax of 26 February refers. I have spoken to Dr Snashall and he would be able to see the Governor at 1500 on 7 April. This meeting could take place either at St Thomas' Hospital or in the FCO's Medical and Welfare Unit in the Old Admiralty Building. I would be grateful for confirmation of time and
