Governor's Visit to London: April 1993
GH advises today that:
6 April
(a)
the Governor would be happy to meet Roger Sims together with Tim Renton at 1730-1815 at the latter's office. If this is no good for Mr Sims, the Governor could meet him separately at 1700-1730, at the House of Commons;
7 April
(b)
the Governor would meet Dr Snashell at 1500 at your M & W Unit in the old Admiralty Building; and
13, 14 or 15 April
(c)
the Governor could join Mr Goodlad for dinner in any of the above evenings.
As regards (a), please keep me informed of Mr Sims's choice so that I can alert Mr Renton's office where necessary.
As regards (c), please advise on: the date convenient to Mr Goodlad, timing, venue and other guests (I understand Bowen Leung and Edward Llewellyn will also join the dinner).
