Sir John will not have seen Mr Rickett's comments on the attached blue minute regarding arrangements for calls within the FCO for the Governor's brief visit to London at the end of the month. On Monday I intend to send a telegram along the lines proposed and would be grateful to know if Sir John is content with the suggestions made.
