I understand from Hong Kong Department that you would like me to send you a further copy of the Privy Counsellors' Oath which you swore when you were admitted to the Privy Council. I attach a copy; you will see that this includes also the Oath of Allegiance.
As I think you will realise, the terms of the Privy Counsellors Oath are habitually confidential to members of the Privy Council. I am copying this letter (without attachment) to John Morris in Hong Kong Department.
