I note that the date at which the Letters Patent and additional Instructions were made/given has been left blank. I presume, unless you advise on the contrary, that the date should be 30 April 1993. Besides, the venue at which the additional Instructions were made is also missing. Grateful if you would advise us on this. Should it ba
