In the light of the final paragraph of your letter, the AGC have raised some concerns regarding the validity of the Hong Kong Letters Patent 1992 and the Hong Kong Additional Instructions 1992, gazetted respectively on 18 and 19 February 1993. A copy of their opinions is attached.
