PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
(COLONIAL REGULATIONS) REGULATIONS
3. Nothing in these regulations shall apply to a person holding any of the following offices -
Judge of the Supreme Court or District Court Registrar of the Supreme Court
Deputy Registrar, Supreme Court
Assistant Registrar, Supreme Court
Member of the Lands Tribunal (being a member who
is in full-time service of the Crown)
Principal Magistrate
Magistrate
Presiding Officer, Labour Tribunal Adjudicator, Small Claims Tribunal Coroner
Special Magistrate
President, Lands Tribunal
Presiding Officer, Lands Tribunal.
