In addition, Legco is to be given the power, with effect
from the date of publication of the amending draft Additional
Instructions, if made, in the Hong Kong Gazette, to determine
the arrangements for presiding in the Legislative Council when
the President is absent.
5. The draft instruments have been prepared in consultation
with the Hong Kong Government which are content with them.
Parliamentary Procedure
6. The draft instruments are not subject to any Parliamentary
procedure.
