Amendments to letters Patent
Many thanks for your message of 10 March attaching letter from the Legal Counsellor. Our comments on the
revised draft of the Letters Patent are:

We have put this provision in Article keeping with the format adopted in previous LPs. (See, for examples, Letters Patents 1985, 1988 and 1990.) If, however, it is the Legal Counsellor's preference to put the provision in a separate Article, we can see no difficulties either.
If the Legal Counsellor's version is adopted, then "paragraph 2" in Article 1 (3) should be amended 2". On the other hand, if our
