AMENDMENTS TO THE LETTERS PATENT AND ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS

I attach copies of two minutes from Miss Brooks which
contain comments on the points in your letters of 12 March and 16 March. Also attached are revised draft Royal Instructions and revised draft Letters Patent.
2. As you will see, Miss Brooks would be grateful for any comments by 1400Z on 19 March. If this does not give you enough time, please could you give me a call and I will let Miss Brooks know.
