I don't think I want to comment on the quality of the round it has proceeded normally.

Why do both sides think there is a need to continue the talks?

Because we haven't reached an agreement.

We haven't got an outcome yet. We are still continuing with our talks.

Q. Do the British side still insist on 100% through train? A. I will say to you what I said before, that the through train is very important for the British side.

I'm not commenting on the substance of the talks, but I do urge you not to rely upon all the things you yourselves write.

A. I don't want to comment on deadlines but you know that the Foreign Secretary has said that there is not an infinite amount of time.

Q. Have the British side had time to review the whole situation and consider the next step?

A. We are constantly reviewing the position of course we do.

Q. You said you were not sure before this round that talks would make the July deadline.

A. I don't think I have ever commented on the July deadline.
