This FC builds on
the Kai Fong FC proposed by the
Chinese side.
We
believe, however, that Mutual Aid
Committees and Owners Corporations snould form ite
backbone, given their central role in building
management and community building, as contrast against
the decline of the Kai Fongs in recent years.
Electorate
committee
of this FC will comprise executive
members of Mutual Aid Committees, Owners'
Corporations,
Landlords/
Owners
and
Tenants
Associations, and Kai Fong
associations, plus All
Village Representatives in the New Territories.
Textile and Garment
Proposal
builds on the Textile and Garment FC proposed
by the Chinese side.
