Hong Kong are eligible
to be elected as life
or ordinary company
members.
All Chinese

personal character and
conduct, having resided
in or carried on
legitimate business in
commerce or industry in
Hong Kong for more than
one year as
proprietors, or
partners, or holding
senior responsible
position therein, or
being professionals
having a legitimate
occupation in Hong
Kong, are eligible to
