Bradford University. Currently a postgraduate student at
the Chinese University of Hong Kong specialising in
Social Policy and Public Administration.

Mr. Fung is an elected Member for the Kowloon
West constituency and also an elected Member of the Urban
Council. He is a Member of the Hong Kong Housing
Authority and the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association
for Democracy and People's Livelihood. He was a member
of the Basic Law Consultative Committee, from which he
resigned after the 4 June incident.

For many years a social activist in the Sham
Shui Po District. Particularly interested in housing
matters, and closely involved with the People's Council
on Public Housing Policy. Refused to join UDHK and has
maintained reasonably close links with the PRC despite
the 4 June incident. Sensitive about the ADPL's relative
lack of success in the LegCo elections and the plight of
small political parties in LegCo.
