At their meeting with Mr Goodlad this morning this ADPL delegation raised a large number of detailed points in a somewhat unfocussed way. Their concerns fell into four broad categories, and we thought it might be helpful for the
Secretary of State's meeting with them this afternoon to set out what seemed to be the key points, together with a suggested
general response to each.
