To introduce our Association in brief- Hong Kong Assocation for Democracy and People's Livelihood (HKADPL) was formed in 1986 with the aims of promoting social progress in Hong Kong and assisting in implementation of the Sino-British Our basic principles are as

Our Association, being always
responsive and sensitive to the public sentiment, share the concern with the recent Sino-British roW over Hong Kong's political reform with the majority people in Hong Kong. We are,
like the majority people in Hong Kong, happy to hearing the resumption of
dialogue between Chinese and British governments.
The basis for the talks, our Association thinks, should include the following elements:
