He would be happy to offer Martin Lee and Dr Yeung Sum informal drinks at his home at 18:00 on 22 or 23 July: Mr Morris is investigating whether this offer would be welcome. We have also penciled an office meeting at 10:30 on 27 July into the Minister's diary: it would be difficult to slip this to a later time, since Mr Goodlad may travel abroad on that day.
