election or adjourning the poll as the case may be and referred to in subsection (1) or in some other notice by the Governor published in the Gazette as soon as practicable thereafter, or if such latter notice is not
practicable in the
circumstances, by the
publication of a notice by him
by some other means.
(3) Where the poll at
polling stations is adjourned pursuant to a declaration by the Governor under section 26(1) of the Ordinance,
regulations 35C (4), (5) and (6)
shall apply in respect of such
adjournment as they do in
respect of an adjournment under
regulation 35C (1)."
