by the Governor published in the
Gazette or if such publication is
not practicable in the
circumstances, by the publication
of a notice by him (substituted
notice) by some other means.
(2) The appointment of a date
for the counting of votes for the
purposes of section 26A (2) of the
Ordinance shall be made either in
the notice or substituted notice
adjourning such counting and
referred to in subsection (1) or in
some other notice by the Governor
published in the Gazette as soon as
practicable thereafter, or if such
latter notice is not practicable in
the circumstances, by the
publication of a notice by him by
some other means.
(3) Where the counting at the
counting stations is adjourned
pursuant to a declaration by the
Governor under section 26(1) of the
Ordinance, regulations 46A (4), (5)
46A(4),
and (6) shall apply in respect of
such adjournment as they do in
respect of an adjournment under
