In section 18 add
"(3) A person shall not be
validly nominated under subsection
(1) as a candidate in an election
unless he has lodged a deposit in
such amount as may be prescribed by
regulations made under section 28
and in such manner as may be
prescribed by regulations made
under section 7 of the Boundary and
Election Commission Ordinance (
of 1993).".
