by repealing paragraph (d) and
substituting
" (d)
is a salaried functionary of
a government of any place outside
Hong Kong;
(da) is a member of any
parliament, assembly or council,
central or local, of any place
(other than the People's Republic
of China) outside Hong Kong;";
