at any meeting of the Regional Council if
under that Ordinance it is subsequently
found that his unsoundness of mind has
ceased" after "affairs";
(vi) in paragraph (h), by repealing "the
appointment is to be made or is made" and
substituting "the office as an ex officio
member is to be held or is held";
(b) by repealing subsection (2).
Qualifications for appointment
Section 12 is repealed.
Eligibility for reappointment
Section 13 is repealed.
Non-acceptance of office
Section 15 is amended -
(a) in subsection (1), by repealing "appointed, ";
(b) in subsection (2), by repealing "reappointed or".

Section 17 is repealed.

Section 19 is repealed.

Section 20 (c) is repealed.
