a person entitled to be registered in the
functional constituency specified in item 2 of
Part I of Schedule 2, and who but for this
paragraph is otherwise entitled to be registered
in another functional constituency of that
person's choice, shall only be registered in the
first-mentioned functional constituency and not
in that other functional constituency, but a
person who is an ex officio member of the body
specified in the second column of item 2 of Part
I of Schedule 2 shall be registered in the
first-mentioned functional constituency or in
the functional constituency specified in item 3
of Part I of Schedule 2, of that person's
choice; and
subject to paragraphs (a) and (b), a person
entitled to be registered in the functional
constituency specified in item 3 of Part I of
Schedule 2, and who but for this paragraph is
otherwise entitled to be registered in another
functional constituency of that person's choice,
shall only be registered in the first-mentioned
functional constituency and not in that other
functional constituency.".
