individual interviews to the press (with the possible exception of the Chairman) during the visit. We will let you have a brief factual press notice for issue in advance of the Committee's arrival and will prepare a press notice for issue at the press conference when the Committee departs.
The Committee will not be meeting again before the visit. During the summer recess Rosie Challis or I can be contacted to discuss any problems (if not in the office, via the
Duty Clerk to whom our telephones will be diverted).
It would be helpful to receive a first draft programme by 6 September.
