We have no strong and help organise their programme. views however on the FAC taking no formal evidence and
I would be grateful if meeting people on neutral ground. you could revert to the FAC on this basis please.
It would be useful to keep the Secretary for Constitutional Affairs informed of the arrangements because he may have to be responsible for coordinating the visit at the Hong Kong end.
