ELECTION COMMITTEE (EC) (For 10 seats)
All or most of Election Committee members to be elected District Board members. Any registered elector in Hong Kong eligible for election to these 10 seats.
Four-Part Election Committee. All members elected. Three parts elected by FCs and fourth sector to be returned by members of DBS, MCs and Heung Yee Kuk. Election to the EC by block vote. to use single transferable voting system to elect 10 LegCo members.

Four-part EC. Three based on FCs. Fourth includes Hong
Kong deputies to NPC and CPPCC, neither group
being elected in Hong Kong.
Each part would Election, in return three (first thre thin candidatos from Sectors of their sectorby block vote, using
a simple majority system. 10 members then elected by the EC from the 12 nominees by simple majority.
EC
