I had a further word with Michael Fisher today. He told me that there had been no further progress on the prospect of Dr Cunningham visiting the Far East. The stumbling block appears to be that the Chinese though professing interest in a visit by DR C. had not come forward with the air tickets. Matters were in abeyance!
