MICHAEL THOMAS
Born on 8 September 1933, is a Queen's Counsel and Barrister in private practice. He was Attorney General and a member of
ExCo and LegCo from 1983-88. He is a member of the Court of
the University of Hong Kong. He was educated at Chigwell
School and London School of Economics (Law). He is Baroness
Dunn's husband.
