Mr Raymond Fan, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in New York, will complete his tour of duty on 17.12.93 and will return to Hong Kong.

The officer Hong Kong have in mind to replace him is Mr Joe Wong Chi-Cho (DOB 24.11.64). Mr Wong holds a bachelor degree in Linguistics from the University of Hong Kong. He first joined the Civil Service on 1.7.87 as an Administrative Officer in the Health and Welfare Branch of the Government Secretariat. current posting is in the City and New Territories
