Medule 3 to that Order sets out in full the Ordinance as so

modified. This Order makes miscellaneous amendments to those

modifications as a result of the continuing review of the

Ordinance. Principally, the amendments clarify that confiscation

orders made by courts in designated countries and territories may be

registered by the High Court pursuant to section 29 of the Drug

Trafficking (Recovery of Proceeds) Ordinance (Cap. 405)

notwithstanding the different procedural methods adopted in those

countries and territories.
