(7) Section 19 (2) is amended by repealing "13 (3)" and
substituting "13 (5) ".

Explanatory Note
Schedule 2 to the Drug Trafficking (Recovery of Proceeds)
(Designated Countries and Territories) Order 1991 sets out the
modifications to the Drug Trafficking (Recovery of Proceeds)
Ordinance (Cap. 405) subject to which that Ordinance applies to an
order made by a court in a designated country or territory for the
purposes of recovering payments or other rewards received in
connection with drug trafficking or their value, and to proceedings
which have been or are to be instituted in a designated country or
