Please find enclosed some correspondence addressed to The Queen, which has been passed to me by the Royal Matters Unit.

2. We do not propose to reply, not least because there is no return address. However, I am forwarding the correspondence to you because our Translation and Interpreting Branch have advised that, although the letters are practically illegible and very confused, two of them contain information about people in Hong Kong and Britain, allegedly involved in crime.
3. I would be very grateful if you could advise me if there is anything of interest in the letters as the Royal Matters Unit have asked to be kept informed.
