Responsible to
: Registrar, Supreme Court
Duties:
(1) To provide general administrative directorate support to
the Registrar, Supreme Court.
(2) To initiate strategic planning for the administration and
management of the Judiciary and to facilitate the resolution of management problems.
(3) To develop, monitor and administer resource management
procedures which would result in effective budgetting and accounting as well as improved manpower planning.
(4) To plan and co-ordinate the implementation of office
automation projects and to develop and review training programmes.
(5) To formulate and compile Judicial Service Regulations; to review the conditions of service of Judicial Officers and prepare submissions to the Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service.
(6) To plan, co-ordinate and monitor the progress of the
establishment of the Final Court of Appeal.
