In order to make an early start on implementation, HMOCS officers and judges are asked to complete and return
attached proforma by 31 December 1994. When all returns available preferred dates for departure on pre-retirement
leave, of
those HMOCS officers and judges who wish to retire,
will be referred to Heads of Departments/Grades/Registrar,
Supreme Court concerned for their assessment of the manpower
and operational implications. Thereafter individual officers
judges will
be informed in writing of the date nominated by the Governor for their departure on pre-retirement leave. This will be done by 1 April 1995.

reality very little scope for changes in departure dates once
these have been accepted by the Governor. All members of
