HONG KONG: ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEMBERS OF HER MAJESTY'S OVERSEAS
CIVIL SERVICE (HMOCS)
1. Mr Cocaled wmoto the HMOOC Association en 1 December to
provide them with details of the package of benefits for members
of HMOCS. I recommend that the Minister should now write in
similar terms to the Overseas Pensioners Association, enclosing
details of the package (these details are slightly different from those sent to the HMOCS Association as the description of
the sterling pension safeguard scheme (ie in para 4) highlights
features relevant to existing pensioners rather than serving officers). I submit a draft.
