2. I confirm agreement to the package of benefits for Hong RFD Kong HMOCS officers set out in paragraph 2 of your letter.

As you know, we have to consult the HMOCS Association on the package and to examine any amendments they may propose. would be prepared to consider amendments which might improve the operation of the schemes or make them more acceptable to the Association if the changes involved do not increase the costs. I will not support demands from the Association which would involve changing any of the key features of the package.
