* attach, for your advance information, a copy of the captioned statement dated 19 January 1993, together with a copy of my covering memorandum to all HMCCS officers which will issue today.
Most of the deadlines are applicable only to those still in the process of transferring to ppe and joining HMOCS. However the deadline on bought back service counting for compensation is of importance to those serving HMOCS officers who still have the option to buy back past service for pension purposes.
