State to verify the payments made to the pensioner under the law of Hong Kong in respect of his pension.
(2) No supplement shall be paid under this Scheme except in
respect of a registered UKPB, and the Secretary of State may
withhold any supplement payable under this Scheme unless he is
satisfied that he has been correctly informed of all pertinent
information as regards a pension and the payments made under the
law of Hong Kong in respect of the pension.

Secretary of State to decide all questions of
interpretation of the Scheme
Any question relating to the interpretation of this Scheme,
including any question as to what shall be deemed to be the
salary point and grade as at 1st January 1992 of a grade
established after that date, shall be determined by the
Secretary of State.]
