You may appreciate that the crew on board C Blanco has been practically "detained" for two months. We will loose ground in holding them any longer unless we can come to an early decision based on your advice. I should be Bost grateful if you could consider our enquiry in our letter of 23 July 1993, say, by 13 August 1993, please.
