We are most grateful for the efforts made on our behalf and accept that our request for documentary evidence from Belgrade was a difficult one to meet. Although we are now unable to prosecute Top Success Management, we intent to retain temporarily the seized documents and have separately advised your East Adriatic Unit (Bull/Mayow telecon) that we will be sending them copies by bag in due course.

We are unable to trace the Italian company mentioned in your TUR and unfortunately cannot expand upon the information we have already provided on Ceneco Coop. However both concerns have been retained on our watchlist.

We have recently received a visa application submitted by a Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) national, who is the Chairman and Managing Director of Energoprojekt Malaysia Sdn Bnd, a subsidiary of Energoprojekt Holding Corporation in Belgrade. The individual wishes to travel frequently between Hong Kong and China to pursue civil engineering and construction projects. We should be grateful for any information you have on the parent concern in Yugoslavia.
